Operations and Commercial Capability

CMS Enviro Systems currently manufactures in excess of 5,000m2 of curtain walling and 45,000 PVCu windows per year making it one of the largest independent manufacturers of glazing products in Scotland. Through automated and semi-automated production lines and our bar code tracking system we are able to operate at optimum capability while offering increased management reporting capabilities.

Investment

We have invested seriously in recent years in improving our commercial capability, most recently investment of £500,000 in a Rapid Alustar cutting centre, the first of its kind in the UK. We are also dedicated to staff development which is being further enforced with investment of £100,000 in a new Training Facility at our Headquarters in Cumbernauld. This continued investment will enhance our existing assurance to quality and customer service. Our investment to date has seen a rise in productivity across the board of 31% over the past year.
